Centrally located between Milton Keynes and Bedford. Visiting for work, 5 minutes drive from Cranfield. Flitwick and Bedford stations a short drive away for direct services into London. Easy access from the M1 motorway, 4 miles from Jct 13.

Downstairs the house consists of a living room, with fold out dining table and chairs as well as a sofa and telly.

Beyond this is the equipped kitchen, with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.

Leading to the lobby with washing machine and downstairs bathroom with installed shower.

The stairs lead up to two bedrooms, one contains a double bed and the other a single bed.

Towels are supplied.

There is a small courtyard garden behind the house. This has shared access with the next door neighbour, to the alleyway behind. Should you use it, please ensure the gate to the alley is locked again and the garden gate is properly closed.

There is central heating throughout the house, and operates on a thermostat.
